Other Futures 2021 focus is on the future of a multispecies society. Humans are just one of the species among many others: plants, animals, minerals, bots, aliens, ghosts – no one is excluded.

What kind of life form do you want to be today? What is it like to be an octopus? Which plant would you like to merge with? Are cockroaches the teachers of the future? Can you play with a ghost? Speculative fiction does not have to be about distant planets. Other Futures remains on Earth and explores the future of all species on our blue planet.
