Museumstraat 2016

On Saturday, July 9, the annual event Museum Street will take place in the Kolenkit neighbourhood in Amsterdam West. Residents are museum director for one day and present mini-exhibits in their homes, using one or more items from museums from Amsterdam. De Appel arts centre is working with a resident of the Lauernessestraat. In his house visitors can make art with his collection of books, arranged by colour, theme or mood, inspired by and with works from the library of de Appel arts centre. Join us from 12 - 5 pm.
