Denitsa Ilcheva

Description

Denitsa Ilcheva is a Brussels- and Amsterdam-based multidisciplinary artist working across painting, installation, video and performance. A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD) in Paris, her practice explores the relationship between bureaucracy and hybrid environments, creating a personal mythology through humour, participation and performative situations. Her work has been presented in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, where she combines visual art with participatory formats that invite audiences to engage with systems, rituals and everyday bureaucracy.
