Teenage Curators 2025-26

Teenage Curators 2025-26

Description

de Appel Teenage Curators programme brings together young people aged between 15 and 19 to explore contemporary art through their own experiences, interests and questions. Throughout the school year, participants meet artists, curators, writers and other creators, visit exhibitions and jointly develop a public project.

Instead of just viewing art, the young people are invited to take on the role of curator themselves: conducting research, holding discussions, making connections, making choices and reflecting on how art relates to the world around them. Keep It-Posted marks the conclusion of this edition of the programme.

The Teenage Curators 2025–26 are: Anhar, Carlijn, Chanti, Faith, Hannah, Jasper, Jerra, Jin Li, Lucas, Mallika, Sarah & Tristan.

This edition of the Teenage Curators programme is supervised by the team of de Appel, together with Isabella Rosa Giacomelli.
