Ailbhe W. Drohan

Ailbhe W. Drohan is a Curatorial Researcher & Creative Producer at EVA International – Ireland’s Biennial of Contemporary Art. They are a curatorial scholar at TUS Limerick and the recipient of the RISE scholarship. They co-curated the 40th edition of EVA International in collaboration with Matt Packer and Eszter Szakács and led on the production of ROMANTIC IRELAND: A National Tour In Fragments in 2025, following its launch at the 60th Venice Biennale. They are a founder and director of STARLING, an artist-led curatorial project established in Limerick City in 2023. STARLING continues to work with artists on longer form projects to present new artworks, workshop series, performance programmes and events in 2026. Ailbhe is a guest lecturer at the Limerick School of Art and Design.
