Lee Kai Chung performs artistic research on the entanglement of geopolitics, coloniality, and its affective fallout. Rooted in Lee’s lived experiences across colonial and postcolonial contexts, he explores fugitivity as both a state of being and a methodology to resist and reimagine oppressive historico-political structures. Through moving images, critical fabulation and publishing, Lee aims to reframe how displacement is narrated and embodied.
