BWA Bunkier Sztuki Gallery of Modern Art

Description

The beginnings of the Bunkier Sztuki Gallery of Contemporary Art date back to 1949 and to the decision to establish the Kraków Branch of the Central Bureau for Art Exhibitions. In 1962, it evolved into an independent institution and since then it has operated as the Bureau for Art Exhibitions (commonly abbreviated as BWA in Polish).
